No, our broadband only deals do not include line rental because there is no landline. You're simply paying for your internet connection and nothing else. There are no other costs for features you don't need.
Yes, all of our broadband only deals include an unlimited data allowance. So, you can stream, game, video call and browse as much as you like and there won't be any usage charges.
Once you've chosen your deal, we'll aim to have an engineer out to your home within two days. It won't take them long to get everything up and running – usually within two hours – and then you'll be free to enjoy your new, fast, full fibre broadband. And remember, if you get us to do the switching on your behalf, we won't disconnect your old provider until you're live with us, so you won't be without service.
This can vary. Our advertised speeds are for a single device plugged into your router using a wired (Ethernet) connection. However, things like the distance from the router, wall thickness and interference from other devices can affect your WiFi signal.
So, more speed means more devices from multiple users can connect at the same time without compromising quality.

No, you don't have to pay any set-up fees on any of our deals. Your router and the installation are free. All you have to pay is your monthly direct debit.
You'll pay for your broadband only deal by direct debit. And the money must come from a current account. We cannot accept cash or savings accounts. Once you receive your first bill, the first payment will be taken from your account three days later. You'll receive your bill on the same day every month, and you'll be paying for the month ahead.
