We arrange a survey of your premises to ensure that we can complete the installation of fibre broadband as quickly, efficiently and neatly as possible.
We'll contact you to agree the best time for you. Surveys usually take no more than an hour.
If we already service your building we may not need to do a survey at all, or only a quick survey.
As part of the survey we'll produce an installation plan. This maps out the optimal routing for the fibre optic cable and placement of the sockets within your premises.
We'll send a Wayleave Pack, including this installation plan, to your landlord for their agreement and signature.
When we receive your signed Wayleave Agreement we'll be in touch to arrange installation whenever is convenient for you.
