Placing your order

  • Send us your contact details, the address of the premises via email here
  • Our business support team will be in touch to discuss your requirements, give you any advice you need and send you a pre-filled order form for you to sign and return.
  • If we already service your building, we may be able to connect you in as little as two weeks.

Arranging your site survey

  • We arrange a survey of your premises to ensure that we can complete the installation of fibre broadband as quickly, efficiently and neatly as possible.
  • We'll contact you to agree the best time for you. Surveys usually take no more than an hour.
  • If we already service your building we may not need to do a survey at all, or only a quick survey.

Wayleave pack

  • As part of the survey we'll produce an installation plan. This maps out the optimal routing for the fibre optic cable and placement of the sockets within your premises.
  • We'll send a Wayleave Pack, including this installation plan, to your landlord for their agreement and signature.

Arranging installation

  • When we receive your signed Wayleave Agreement we'll be in touch to arrange installation whenever is convenient for you.
  • Our expert engineers often take less than an hour and will explain how your new full fibre broadband works, how to get the most out of it and will be happy to answer any other questions.
