Full fibre broadband is the latest, super-fast, future-proof technology. It's a big step up from old-fashioned copper broadband and even part-fibre connections, which are sometimes sneakily called fibre even though they still utilise outdated technology.
Full fibre is also known fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) or fibre-to-the-premises (FTTP) because fibre-optic cables run directly to your home. This creates a faster, more reliable connection than relying on copper technology hooked up to a street cabinet.

Nope. We don't force you to pay for a phone that you don't use, so our deals come broadband-only as standard. But if you do want Calls, it's good to know you can add them to your package for £10 a month allowing you to make unlimited calls to UK mobiles and landlines.
Our Essential 35 Mbps full fibre broadband comes on a straightforward 12-month contract. You'll find more of our cheapest home broadband deals on 24-month contracts such as our 100 Mbps package, for example. Our 2.5 Gbps and 5 Gbps packages are only available on 24-month contracts.
Remember: our satisfaction guarantee gives you 60 days to test out your superfast full fibre connection. If you're not happy after this, and we can't fix the issue, you can walk away. No strings attached, no hard feelings.
