How the £100 Gift Card works

  3. Place your order by 31st January 2025  (online only) 

  4. Receive an email up to 90 days after installation with instructions on how to claim your £100 Gift Card from Amazon, Boots, John Lewis, Tesco, Sainsbury’s or Selfridges. T&Cs apply*

24 months contracts - If your contract start date is between 10th December 2024 and 31st March 2025, your monthly price is fixed until April 2026, then increases by £2 each year. At the end of your contract your price will increase by £4 versus your last month.
12 month contracts - Your monthly price is fixed for 12 months. At the end of your contract your price will increase by £4 versus your last month.

FAQs

To be eligible for the referral you (the “Friend”) must:  

  • be resident in the UK and be 18 years or over 
  • have a valid email address 
  • not be an existing Community Fibre broadband account holder.   
  • have used a valid referral link

Both the referrer and the friend will receive an email up to 90 days after the friend has had their broadband installed. This email will have instructions on how to claim your Gift Card. You can choose a Gift Card from Amazon, Boots, John Lewis, Tesco, Sainsbury’s or Selfridges.

Once you have bought a broadband plan with us, we’ll need to do some checks before you and your friend both get rewarded. If you haven’t received your rewards you should check that you’ve both met the terms of the promotion:

  • Did you follow your friend's link and register for the refer a friend offer?
  • Have you been installed and activated?
  • Are you outside of your cancellation period?

24 months contracts - If your contract start date is between 10th December 2024 and 31st March 2025, your monthly price is fixed until April 2026, then increases by £2 each year. For example, a monthly broadband price of £25 will go up to £27 in April 2026. At the end of your contract your price will increase by £4 versus your last month. 

12 month contracts - Your monthly price is fixed for 12 months. At the end of your contract your price will increase by £4 versus your last month.
