Thursday, 4th May, London: Community Fibre, London’s fastest100% full fibre broadband provider has launched its 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee for all new customers wanting better internet speeds, and more reliable coverage with an award-winning service.

The move will give new customers the opportunity to run Community Fibre’s full fibre broadband service in parallel with their existing broadband provider if they choose to. Unlike most providers, Community Fibre builds, operates, and owns its dedicated full fibre network. This means it does not rely on BT Openreach’s or any other provider’s cables, meaning it can deliver fast and reliable 100% full fibre broadband directly into individual properties.

If at any point within the first 60 days of installation a customer isn’t happy with their new full fibre connection, they can leave their contract without incurring any cancellation fees. This is in conjunction with its existing 14-day cooling-off period, which begins at the point of sale and during which time customers can cancel their contract for free and get a refund for any monies paid.

Commenting on the 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, Graeme Oxby, Chief Executive Officer of Community Fibre said: “We are so confident that customers are going to love our broadband and our service reliability, on top of the amazing savings on price, which is why we are now offering all new customers a 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Boasting speeds up to 3,000 Mbps, the provider has slashed the pricing across some of its top packages, offering discounts to help consumers budget efficiently whilst also getting the best speeds as the Cost-of-Living crisis continues.

Currently, Community Fibre’s 1,000 Mbps at £29/month on a 24-month contract is one of the cheapest fibre deals on the market, costing £646 less than Sky, £422 less than Virgin Media and £288 less than BT’s same respective deals. Community Fibre’s 1,000 Mbps package is also available at £31/month on a 12-month contract.

To find out more about the award-winning fibre provider, which was recently named 2023’s ‘Best Alternative Network’ by Uswitch and has more than 27,000 5-star reviews by its customers on Trustpilot (April 2023), customers can head to communityfibre.co.uk where they will find more fantastic offers, such as bundle deals including WiFi in Every Room.
