Save up to £812 on broadband bills by switching to a cheaper, more reliable fibre-fast provider

20th June 2023, London: Broadband customers can save up to £812 each year by simply switching to a cheaper and faster provider.
Community Fibre, London’s largest and fastest₁ full fibre broadband network has cut prices on some of its most popular packages, offering new customers the same fast upload and download fibre speeds at the best market value.
New customers can now get their hands on Community Fibre’s 1 Gbps 100% full fibre package for just £25/month on a 24-month contract, or £27/month over 12, making it one of the cheapest 1 Gig packages around, costing £812 less than Sky and £686 less than BT and £465 than Virgin Media₂.
Not only can customers save hundreds of pounds each year, but they will also receive symmetrical full fibre download and upload speeds from the provider, which holds a 96% 5-star Trustpilot service rating from almost 30,000 reviews.
Community Fibre has also cut the pricing of its reliably superfast 150 Mbps 100% full fibre package, now available for only £20/month on a 24-month contract, or £22 on a 12-month deal. All packages come with a £14.95 set-up fee.
With up to 1 million people cancelling their broadband because of the high cost of living, according to Citizens Advice, many Brits are now turning to other broadband providers for better deals than the mainstage providers.
For those who may be hesitant to make the switch, Community Fibre, which was recently awarded 2023’s Best Alternative Network by Uswitch, recently launched its 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, offering the opportunity for new customers to leave their contract without incurring cancellation fees from the first 60 days of installation. With an average symmetrical speed of 920 Mbps (wired), it's 14.1x faster than the UK average download speed and 59.4x faster than the UK average upload speed. Unlike most providers, all of Community Fibre’s broadband packages provide the same download and upload speeds, which is great for video calls, Twitch, uploading ultra-high-definition (UHD) content and working from home. No skyrocketing out of contract price rises In September 2022, Community Fibre, London’s largest and fastest 100% full fibre broadband provider, challenged industry norms by announcing that it will only implement a £2 out of contract price increase on all its broadband packages for new and existing customers, and openly challenged other ISPs to do the same. The broadband provider says that it is important for new customers to look beyond the price of a current deal available to them, and factor in the savings that could be made in the long run once out of contract pricing comes into effect.
