The offer: 3 months free on 12-month broadband products specified in the offer. All eligible participants will receive 3 months free on our 12-month broadband products listed below: 

 

  • 75 Mbps Fibre Broadband, £0 for 3 months then £22 for 9 months. £27.50/month after the initial contract term of 12 months.
  • 150 Mbps Fibre Broadband, £0 for 3 months then £25 for 9 months. £31.50/month after the initial contract term of 12 Months. 
  • 500 Mbps Fibre Broadband, £0 for 3 months then £38.50  for 9 months. £42.50/month after the initial contract term of 12 Months.
  • 1 Gbps Fibre Broadband, £0 for 3 months then £50 for 9 months. £54/month after the initial contract term of 12 Months. 

 

This offer is open to new Community Fibre broadband customers, where the named account holder is a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Community Fibre Limited, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this offer.  

 

Entry into a 12-month broadband contract with Community Fibre is necessary. Internet access, a valid email address and telephone number are required. 

 

The offers are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of an offer is not available, Community Fibre Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another offer for it, of equal or greater value.  

 

Promotion Period: Offer available from 09:00 GMT on 11th February 2022. The offer is available online at communityfibre.co.uk, via telephone on 0800 196 6262, via Community Fibre Limited sales representatives and via Student Beans.  

 

In the event of early cancellation, the cancellation fee will be £0 on the contracts specified in this offer only and does not include TV and/or Calls or any other additional services offered by Community Fibre. If the contract is cancelled within the first 12 months, the premise address will not be eligible for any other student offer for 30 days after services have ceased. 

 

Any customers signing up to the student offer directly with Community Fibre Limited must email evidence of them being a student to [email protected] this can be any of the following documents: 

• Totum Card  

• Student ID 

• Documentation from the University including name/address 

  

Evidence must be emailed within 30 days from when your services are live to [email protected] (please include your full name, address, and Community Fibre account number).  

 

Failure to send in evidence within 30 days will result in your services being moved to full 12-month contract price & be liable to our standard cancellation charges:  

 

  • 75 Mbps charged at £22/month, £27.50/month after the initial contract term of 12 months.  
  • 150 Mbps charged at £27.50/month, £31.50/month after the initial contract term of 12 months.  
  • 500 Mbps charged at £38.50/month, £42.50/month after the initial contract term of 12 months.  
  • 1 Gbps charged at £50/month, £54/month after the initial contract term of 12 months.  

 

We may, at our discretion, on or after 1st April every year from April 2023 increase the monthly price of the following, but not limited to, broadband, call plans, call charges and Community Fibre TV by Consumer Price Index (CPI) and add an extra 2.9%.
