Box Broadband has now become part of Community Fibre. If you’re a Box Broadband customer your service will continue as normal, but your communications will now come from Community Fibre.
Nothing at all. You will continue to benefit from the UK's most reliable broadband technology, at prices much lower than the national providers.
Your contract will continue to be with Box Broadband Limited – but Box Broadband is now trading as the Community Fibre brand – so all communications will be from Community Fibre.
Just as your broadband will continue as usual, so will any additional service such as your Netgem TV or your calls service.
